TRAUTMANN GETS HEARTLAND MENTION

Junior Gretchen Trautmann is the female tennis player of the week in the Heartland Conference for the time slot March 15 to March 21.
In that time frame, Incarnate Word’s women’s team won three matches. In those three matches Trautmann was undefeated. She and her partner won all three doubles matches playing at number one.
She also won three straight singles matches playing at number three. In six singles sets she won one at 7-6 and otherwise the closest anyone came was 6-2.
