REEVES TOPS RMAC ACADEMIC LIST

Incarnate Word junior Sean Reeves has been named the top academic swimmer in the Rocky Mountain Conference (RMAC).
The conference announced its men’s all-academic teams and Reeves was first team along with being the league’s swimming and diving academic athlete of the year. Now ending his third year at Incarnate Word he has maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.95 while studying accounting.
Sean Reeves has a 3.95 GPA in accounting.
This was the second significant academic honor this spring for the Austin product. Earlier he received the UIW Accounting Excellence Award as the leading student in that field of study.
In the swimming pool this year he was an NCAA Division II All-America honorable mention as a member of the Cardinals’ 200-medley relay team. In the RMAC he was second team all-conference in that same event. He also was third team All-RMAC in the 200-meter butterfly.
Joining Reeves on the academic first team for the RMAC is Aliaksandr Yatsko who has a GPA of 3.70 while studying computer information systems.
Daniel Murata of UIW was selected for the second academic squad with his 3.31 cumulative average in communications arts.
